Chasing a paradise of wood and getting inspired by nature
At OSOTIMBER we are embracing the seasons and preparing for growth

A quick update for you after our founder Jordan returned to business after exploring the stunning North West Pacific Coast of the United States!
Starting of course with a brief overview of this exciting time away!
The journey began in the vibrant city of Seattle and ended in the splendours of San Francisco. Green hop season was clearly at the forefront of their minds, as little time was wasted in sampling the delicious local beers and other lovely seasonal treats. Covering all 3 of the US Pacific Coast states (and approx. 800+ miles as the crow flies), the journey took them through temperate rainforests on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State and in to Oregon, where they marvelled at the cavernous Crater Lake in between numerous nature walks in the surrounding National Parks. The trip culminated in a peaceful cottage in the northern California redwoods, getting visits from apple-eating bears at night time and a welcome chance to slow down, gaze at the stars, and take in the vastness of the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoying such a special holiday is an amazing privilege, but also a much-needed reset, and it inspires us in the rest of the team, by tapping into that great feeling of adventure. Our energies are replenished after a good nature dive, and we are ready for new and exciting challenges for the rest of 2023 and beyond. We like to test our limits, keep our eyes open for ongoing improvements, and bring in all the ideas and collaboration opportunities possible. We are getting ready for growth, and we are already levelling up and embracing some cool transitions at OSOTIMBER. Watch this space 😀.
Reconnecting with such stunning landscapes and trees is the basis of our recent rebranding too: our choice of colours, textures, design, and messaging. The beautiful and high-quality materials that are used for our timber frames are our proudest centrepiece, and this focus makes us remain in constant awe of the natural world and our environment. We seek to connect with our people and offer the best creative structural design solutions to our clients. Delivering top quality and smooth project design management is at the core of our mission, to make our clients’ experience as easy and as effective as it can be.
Autumn is the time for preparation, learning, doing some self-examination, and identifying areas for growth. It is important for us to work with the seasons and make nature a part of our every day in this way. This is why we are thrilled to have now embarked on Natwest’s Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme, as we want to implement state-of-the-art strategies, learn from other local businesses, and help inspire like-minded start-ups.
As one sows, so one reaps as the saying goes, and we are planting our many seeds now, adding to our infrastructure so that we can deliver on even more unique projects.
We can’t wait to bloom together. Here’s to a brilliant end of 2023, toasting with a delicious craft beer from the Pacific Coast!
